Individual registration

Participans are invited to register using the on-line service on web site:
www.smart4.co.rs
Alternatively, the form can be downloaded from the web site and faxed to the Organizing Secretariat. Registration will be confirmed only if accompanied by payment.

Group registration

Companies that would like to sponsor the registration fees of a group of participants attending the Congress should contact the Organizing Secretariat, SmartT.A (e-mail: smart4@eunet.yu).
A group consists of minimum 10 participants. Registration shall be coordinated by one identified group contact person representing a pharmaceutical- product company or a travel agency.

 

 
   
 

The registration fee includes: Admission to all Scientific Sessions and to the Exhibition Area, Certificate, badge and congress kit, Opening ceremony and welcome coctail.
Accompaning person registration fee includes: Admission to the ExhibitionArea, Opening ceremony and welcome coctail.

 

CONFIRMATION

Confirmation of registration, together with a receipt of payment, will be forwarded by the Secretariat.

 

CANCELLATION

Cancellation of individual registration bookings received in writing by the Secretariat will be refunded after the conference at the following rates:

 
Before 10th January 2009:

Between 10th January and 1st february 2009:
Between 1st february and 21st February2009:
After 21st February 2009
Full fee, less an administration
fee of €30.00
50% of the registration fee
25% of the registration fee
